Salute 2 Service holds grand opening of new HQ
Updated: Aug 27, 2019
Former and active members of the military, community advocates, politicians, and others joined Salute 2 Service on Friday, Dec. 8th to help celebrate the grand opening of the organization's new headquarters at 1705-C Bath Rd. in Bristol, Pa.
The event was the culmination of a process that Rodney Wyatt began in 2013 born from his passion to help veterans reach their full potential in life when they need a hand. A veteran with decades serving as an active member of the Armed Forces and as an advocate post-service, Wyatt has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life for his distressed brothers and sisters-in-arms.
With the new HQ, Rodney and the team hope it will be a place that veterans can come to find help with their job search, housing, receiving veterans benefits, and any other help they may need while also being a space where they can communicate and mingle with other veterans and community members. It will also be a base of operations where Salute 2 Service can generate outreach events to increase the scope of its programs. We are truly excited to begin this new chapter and reach even more veterans in the future.
